As you surf
our product pages, you'll see there are selection buttons on each page.
Please select the item, blend and size you want then click on the
"Add to Basket" picture. We are using Paypal at the moment to
process our orders.
If you would rather use a money order please
send us an E-Mail listing the products you would like to purchase
and we will get things under way. (An easier method is planned,
but first things first :) )
Please note that, if you live
outside Canada and prefer not to use PayPal, we will need an
international money order drawn in Canadian funds. There may
be Customs restrictions on what materials you can import. If we know of a
possible problem we'll let you know before shipping but please be
advised we cannot be responsible for shipments stopped at the
border.
Your
invoice will show a shipping/handing charge of $10.75 for ground (Canada Post) shipping to almost any point in North America. Delivery
should be within 2-8 days. Faster delivery may be possible if you
let us know in advance. There may be additional shipping costs
involved.
Please, no returns without our approval first. American
customers, please use USPS, NOT UPS or FEDEX! (Their "paperwork"
fees for shipping across the border are
outrageous!)
